For over 18 years, Jennifer Harris has been the driving force behind F.I.T. Fully Innovative Training LLC. Seventeen of those years were dedicated to working one-on-one with clients in their homes as a private personal trainer. Now, she has expanded her vision with F.I.T. Studios, offering small group classes to provide semi-private training at a more affordable cost.
Jennifer’s journey in fitness began at a young age, experimenting with various sports including soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and volleyball before ultimately settling into gymnastics and competitive dance. Her passion for strength training emerged early, as she eagerly asked her father for a weight set and heavy bag—unaware of the path ahead. Ironically, gym class was her least favorite subject in grade school.
